Avon Pediatrics is closing permanently on April 30th, 2026

To request a copy of your records before the effective date: 

  • Click the contact us button at the top of the page and send us an email requesting records. Please include all children with dates of birth. We will email all records to you directly. 

To request after April 30th:

Office Closures and Notifications

                                     After Hours on-call services 

  • Dr. Hensley now belongs to an independent pediatric on-call group that can be reached by calling our office and choosing option #2

  • The on-call pediatrician can discuss same day illness and injuries.

  • No prescription will be refilled by the pediatrician on-call.

We are located in Avon on US Highway 36 between

"Dan Jones Road" and "SR 267".

Office hours are:

Monday 8:30 am- 5 pm

Tuesday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm

Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Thursday 8:30 am- 5 pm

Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Closed everyday for lunch 12pm-1pm

 If you need to reach a doctor after regular business hours, just call the office and you will be connected to the physician on-call.

  • We offer same day sick appointments to our established patients.

  • Your child will always see a physician.  

  • ​Dr. Hensley can be reached after hours for "urgent medical needs". 

  • Our office is designed with your children in mind. Colorful murals adorn the walls, and our staff will set them at ease. 

  • Extended Office Hours on Thursday.
